Refund Policy

When FireEdgeX (FireEdgeX) returns money to your wallet, and when it does not.

1. Cancelled Matches

If a tournament is cancelled by FireEdgeX, the full entry fee is auto-credited back to your wallet, usually within minutes.

2. Leaving a Match

You may leave before the room details are revealed for a full refund. Once the Room ID is shared, entry fees are non-refundable.

3. Failed or Mismatched Deposits

If a UPI payment is debited but not credited, raise a ticket in in-app support with the transaction reference. Verified deposits are credited manually within 24 hours.

4. Disqualification

No refund is issued for disqualification due to hacking, teaming, or rule violations.

5. Withdrawals

Wallet funds can be withdrawn after the 1× deposit playthrough requirement is met. Refunds are always issued to the FireEdgeX wallet, not to the original payment method.
